With Weekend Flow, you consciously bring your week to a close: reflect, let go and appreciate your successes - for a clear head and a relaxing weekend.

☀️Format (Fridays):

1. review of the week & mini-planning for the next week

2. letting go of everything that shouldn't go into the weekend

3. celebrate successes and look forward to the weekend

As the appointment takes place in the early afternoon, there is still time afterwards to clarify small things or make a toast for the next week.

This allows you to consciously round off your week and really head into the weekend.

This format is part of the Flow-to-Grow week, which offers a suitable format for you every day.

🌳Setting:

In the park on your cushion / stool with your work utensils, preferably with your lunch

(First step towards bringing enjoyment into your work, changing your perspective, trying out new things and getting away from the hamster wheel)

If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll sit in a nice café.
