Imagine experiencing your mindful cocoa moments with a cup that you have created yourself - intuitively, consciously and entirely from your inner essence.

We start the evening with a gentle landing in the here and now.

With a cup of illumina cacao and a guided meditation, we open the space for presence, warmth and connection. From there, you will immerse yourself in the intuitive design of your own cup - a personal companion for your future moments of the heart.

In the Cacao & Clay Circle in the cozy nourish café, Heike will introduce you to the world of cacao, explain its effect on the body, heart and creativity and accompany you on an inner journey to find your personal intention.

Your cup is created from this intention - mindful, authentic and shaped by hand. Melli and Maxi from Studio Pertiwi will introduce you to the Japanese Kurinuki technique - a traditional way of working in which a solid block of clay is hollowed out step by step and intuitively shaped.
This method is considered particularly meditative: slow, deliberate cuts, the feeling of the clay in your hands and the focus on each moment allow you to arrive completely in the here and now.

Enjoy a cosy atmosphere in the dark season, immerse yourself in the earthy taste of cocoa with every sip, work with your hands and connect with like-minded people.
