Finally, Caro Kelley is no longer an insider tip in Munich.

The German-American singer and multi-instrumentalist has long been known in her adopted home of Bavaria for her vocal skills, her larger-than-life stage presence and her cross-genre music. Caro burst onto the scene with her debut album 'Playroom' in 2022 and teamed up with Munich-based musician and composer Fabo Muschelknautz in 2025 to record her second album 'QUIET'. The album was created during a phase in which she suffered from a vocal cord injury and is a reflection on what it means to have a voice. Shifting between pop, funk, disco and R&B, QUIET was reviewed by SPIN as "the most overlooked album of 2025".

Together with her 7-piece soul-pop band, Caro combines the charm of old-school songwriting with upbeat pop melodies, jazzy vocals and an indie rock attitude. Caro has played sold-out headlining shows in Munich and has opened for IDER, Sam Greenfield and Infinity Song. She and her band are praised for their precise arrangements and big pop sound and have already played at the Blue Wave Festival on Rügen, the Bamberg Blues and Jazz Festival and were guests at the Theatron Musiksommer and Tollwood.

"She writes songs that she wants to sing, not songs that are tailored to algorithms." Perhaps that's why Caro Kelley is a breath of fresh air in a world where art is reduced to streaming numbers and AI threatens to supplant creativity.
