When he's not collecting fireflies and growing rare fruits, multi-instrumentalist, producer and DJ George King finds time to make music. Sounds that flatter the ears - somewhere between Flying Lotus and Bonbo, he creates a bass-heavy yet melodic mesh of brooding electronics and intricate rhythms that draws lavishly from music history. It all began at the end of 2012, when the then 22-year-old released his first EP. Since then, he has continued to expand his alter ego "Catching Flies" and is now an integral part of the live DJ scene.
