Michiaki Ueno
Born in Paraguay, the Japanese cellist Michiaki Ueno studied with Pieter Wispelwey at the Musik-Hochschule Düsseldorf and with Gary Hofman in Brussels. After winning 1st prize at the International Music Competition in Geneva in 2021, he played at the Berlin Philharmonie, the Gewandhaus Leipzig, the Gasteig in Munich and the Tonhalle Düsseldorf in 2022. Shortly before, he released his first double CD with the 6 solo suites by J.S. Bach.
Ani Ter-Martirosyan
is highly regarded by critics for her feather-light virtuosity and poetic, sensitive sound.
As a sought-after concert pianist, she can be heard in concert halls such as the Cologne Philharmonie, the Essen Philharmonie and the Robert Schuman Hall in Düsseldorf.
The pianist has won prizes at prestigious competitions such as the Osimo International Competition in Italy, Concours Ile-de-France and the International LiedDuo Competition in Groningen.
