Chanson Festival Brassens zu Gast im Zimmer 16
In the organizer's words:
The Georges Brassens Chanson Festival in Basdorf has been organizing an annual concert series since 2004 to commemorate the famous poet, composer and chansonnier, who was a forced labourer in 1943/44.
The international artists perform chansons by Brassens and artists of his time (Piaf, Brel, Asznavour, Ferré, Ferrat...), contemporary chansons and their own songs.
This concert in room 16 will feature
- Cathy & Michel from Toulouse,
- Claire & Lili (French-Polish duo),
- Jacquy Évrard from Liège (Liège/Belgium),
- Catalina Claro from Santiago de Chile and
- Olivier Terwagne from Belgium.
