Charles Dickens' Christmas ghost story was first published in December 1843 and has since become an Advent tradition far beyond Great Britain.
The story of Ebenezer Scrooge has been adapted many times - but Christoph Tiemann and his ensemble of experienced actors turn the original into a multimedia live radio play in the German translation.
It is a joy to see and hear the five actors slip into 20 different roles and throw the balls to each other. The musical accompaniment then finally makes you look forward to Christmas.
