The Melbourne sister duo Charm of Finches present artful folk-pop that is both graceful and darkly enchanting. They have long been showered with awards in their Australian homeland. Their particularly close harmony singing permeates melancholy and wonder in equal measure. Sisters Mabel and Ivy Windred-Wornes have toured extensively in the UK, Canada and Australia in recent years.

Their fourth studio album "Marlinchen In The Snow" was recorded in rural Nova Scotia with renowned Canadian producer Daniel Ledwell (Jenn Grant, Good Lovelies) and inspired by the frozen beauty of the landscape and their unsteady life on tour. It was released in April 2024 on the legendary Australian indie label Spunk Records and entered the Top 30 of the Australian album charts. Their third album 'Wonderful Oblivion', released in 2021 on New York label AntiFragile Music, won them the Australian Folk Music Award for Best Folk Album (2022) and the Music Victoria Award for Best Contemporary Folk Act (2021). They have twice been nominated for the prestigious Australian Music Prize.
