ChatGPT, Perplexity and Artificial Intelligence as the new poets and thinkers: who will steer the car into the future?

The idea that machines could act not just as tools, but as creative actors in society, seemed like the stuff of science fiction just a few decades ago. But with the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) and models such as ChatGPT, which are capable of composing texts, writing poetry and conducting philosophical debates, a fundamental question arises: will these machines become our new "poets and thinkers"? And who, if not they themselves, will steer the wagon of innovation?

This text, written up to this point by ChatGPT-4o, shows how far AI has already come. ChatGPT can also analyze the content of images and could even be an aid for visually impaired people.

Many aspects of artificial intelligence are highlighted in the lecture and compared with the "signs" from science fiction films. The presentation slides contain many tips on the practical use of several AI systems. "Digital responsibility", data protection and the change in job profiles are also discussed. And ChatGPT writes slightly ironically:
