Chihiros Reise

Ten-year-old Chihiro is not at all thrilled about moving with her parents from Tokyo to a small suburb and leaving all her friends behind. On the way there, the family gets lost and suddenly finds itself in front of a mysterious building with a tunnel leading to an abandoned town. There, Chihiro’s parents greedily devour the delicious food at a restaurant and are soon turned into pigs. Chihiro is distraught when suddenly a mysterious boy named Haku appears and explains how she can survive in this magical world and save her parents: She must enter the service of the powerful witch Yubaba. This marks the beginning of an adventurous journey for Chihiro, during which she must demonstrate courage, willpower, and perseverance
