Chloe Slaterbegan writing songs at the age of 13. She’s inspired byTaylor Swiftas well asNirvana, theArctic Monkeys, andSam Fender. However, she developed her own distinct musical style early on: a blend of protest, grunge, alternative pop, and indie rock.

In it, the young artist denounces the bleak reality of life for British youth—amid precarious living conditions, social inequality, and in the face of a political establishment that fails to act.
