Pianist Christian Christl, serving as musical host at Munich’s Hofspielhaus, presents two giants of the blues this time: Georg Schroeter on piano and vocals, and Marc Breitfelder on blues harp. With nearly 250 concerts a year throughout Europe, these two musicians from Kiel are among the most sought-after blues acts around. Authentic blues, performed with just piano and harmonica, is the secret to their success. This has also earned them the International Blues Challenge award in Memphis, Tennessee, leading to tours throughout the U.S. and Europe.
Of course, Christian Christl will also be joining in on the musical action. With his vintage blues and boogie piano, it’s sure to be a wonderful evening of top-notch, handcrafted music at the grand piano.
