Yes, that's right: Theussl sings Springsteen. Nothing new so far, because the songs of the American rock legend from New Jersey have accompanied the not-so-successful singer-songwriter from Western Styria for many years and are always part of his own live performances. This time, however, Theussl has come up with something very special. And there is a special reason for it. Because "Born to run", Springsteen's third studio album, will be 50 years old in summer 2025. In eight songs, "the Boss" uses the poetic means of rock music to tell the fictional story of a single long summer night that could have taken place in various places in 1970s America. This album has had a very special place in Theussl's record and CD collection from the very beginning.
