City of Play: Tag Your Flag - Kunstworkshop mit Obisk & Bobbi-Bianchi-230

Cycling meets graffiti - and you're right in the middle of it!

How do cycling and street art go together? Quite simply: with color, movement and attitude!
In the "Tag Your Flag" workshop, the cycling graffiti artists Obisk and Bobbi-Bianchi-230 will show you how to create your own flag with fabric, text and spray cans - colorful, loud and full of message.

If you like, you can attach the flags to your bike at the City of Play Bike Parade on July 19 and take them with you in the wind.
But even if you don't want to take part in the parade, you are very welcome to do so. Whether you want to sew, design or just have a look - the workshop is open to everyone!

No previous knowledge necessary
The workshop will remain open after the workshop from June 31 to July 5 - to continue working or catch up.

What is the Bike Parade?

On July 19, the Bike Parade "Burn fatt not oil" will be a large, colorful bicycle demonstration from Duisburg to Essen -- loud, colorful and with many people who are committed to climate protection, cultural change and creative mobility.

Accompanied by music, color and energy, the route follows the fast cycle route through the Ruhr region - past industrial architecture, inner cities and green landscapes.
If you want, you can hang your self-designed flag on your bike and become part of the parade.

But don't worry: you don't have to ride along to take part!
