Yoga & wine in the ZeitRaum 🧡
A special evening in the ZeitRaum in Duisburg-Buchholz.
At Yoga & Wine, we combine calm movement, a good atmosphere and a small get-together.
The wine is deliberately part of the concept and accompanies the evening not only afterwards, but also during the yoga session.
The class is structured in such a way that you can also take part without any yoga experience.
The focus is not on performance or perfection, but on a relaxed evening and a good time together.
After the yoga session, we end the evening together with wine, conversation and a relaxed atmosphere.
