You’ll find the answers to these and other questions at the next cleanffm SESSION, “Future Food – What Will We Eat Tomorrow?” 😋
Sustainability, health, personalization—our food culture is changing rapidly right now: not just what we eat, but also how and where we eat, and how food is produced and packaged. 🌱
Plant-based, cellular agriculture, functional food, healthy hedonism, or the new protein era—there’s often more to food trends than just a passing fad. At the same time, younger generations in particular are challenging traditional eating habits and creating new food cultures: more flexible, snack-oriented, and less tied to fixed times or places. 🧋🥪
Together with futurist and food expert Daniel Anthes, we’ll explore the most exciting developments in Future Food: Which trends have real potential? What are their societal roots—and where are they leading us? And what does it take to make eating a shared experience again?
Afterward, you can test your knowledge and learn something new in the quiz. 📱💡
For example, do you know which crop is currently being hailed as a rising star for gluten-free pasta, protein powder, and meat substitutes? Or what “ghost kitchens” actually are? 👀
