Cleanup & Upcycling Workshop

Trashformers combines two strong actions: Cleanup and Upcycling. Together we free our environment from garbage - and transform the impressions and ideas gained into creative design power.

During the cleanup, we experience first-hand how much waste ends up in our environment and what traces our consumer behavior leaves behind in nature. We collect, marvel, question - and learn how important every single contribution is for a clean here and a liveable tomorrow.

In the subsequent upcycling workshop, we pick up on these experiences: We talk about which materials can be reused and how everyday objects can be creatively "rethought". With imagination, knowledge and a little craftsmanship, new and useful things are created from seemingly worthless items.

Cleanup equipment such as gloves, bags and grabbers are provided for all participants.

Participation in the cleanup and upcycling workshop is completely free of charge for everyone.

Registration is required to take part in the upcycling workshop.
