Co-Shaping the Future – agile Zukunftsstrategien partizipativ entwickeln

In the organizer's words:

Serious game on the transformation potential of the Hamburg region

Together we build the Hamburg region as a 3D mapping with LEGO® and Playmobil® elements.
We place the qualities and strengths of the Hamburg region as symbolic objects, but also problem areas and obstacles. In accordance with Theory U*, we then reflect from 4 perspectives:
- What emotions does our model arouse?
- Which "hard truths" need attention?
- What wants to begin? What wants to end?
- What is the highest possible potential of the Hamburg region?
We continue to work with the collected findings and transform our model in a participatory way (co-shaping) into the best possible future. The key interventions for changing the entire ecosystem will emerge from the participants' perspective.
*according to Theory U by Otto Scharmer, MIT Sloan School of Management, ottoscharmer.com

Participation is free of charge. As the number of participants is limited, please register in advance via our calendar.
Note: The premises are not barrier-free.

An event organized by the Schutzgemeinschaft Deutscher Wald as part of the Pop Up Wald Lernwerkstatt project, together with Anna Hoffmann. The project is funded by the BMLEH and the FNR.
