COME TOGETHER - Workshop, Essen, Talk, Preisverleihung

In the organizer's words:

To mark the end of our current exhibitions "alles_neu" and "etwas wagen", our art education team Lokale Liaison invites you to the COME TOGETHER event on Saturday, February 8, from 4 to 8 p.m. to bring the exhibition year to a close together. A day full of art, exchange and community.

The program includes an open workshop with artist Antonia Spangenberger dedicated to sculptural work. Inspired by "dare to do something", it invites you to experiment and challenges you to destroy. Over drinks and music, you can shape, smash, glue, tear and repair.

No previous knowledge is required, the workshop is free of charge. Please bring an object that you have been wanting to get rid of for a while and clothes that can get dirty. Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours. Please register at lokaleliaison.kunstverein@wolfsburg.de, spontaneous participation is possible.

A highlight is the awarding of the audience prize of the exhibition "alles_neu". 14 young female artists from Wolfsburg presented works on visions of the future, social justice and political movements.

The VIERTE SCHICHT Spezial takes up themes from the "alles_neu" exhibition and brings young political perspectives from Wolfsburg into the dialog.

As with previous events, the evening will include a meal together at the long table, inviting people to meet and talk.

For COME TOGETHER, the Kunstverein opens its doors and combines art, dialog and community to create a very special atmosphere.

COME TOGETHER takes place in the Bürgerwerkstatt Wolfsburg.
