Community Dachgarten Werkstatt: Jetzt kommt's gesalzen!

The community meets on the roof garden of the Färberei every second Sunday of the month. Ulrike Zieher has come up with something for the next meeting that works even when the snow is several meters deep:

We'll make salted soup seasoning together - not only does it taste super good and is versatile, it also lasts eeeeeeeeternally. And: you'll never buy instant vegetable stock again - I promise! Let's talk about how you prefer to preserve your own food. Drying, fermenting, boiling down...?
Depending on the temperature, we'll clear a few beds of unnecessary herbs. We will sweeten the cool December temperatures with tea made from the dried herbs from the roof garden.

The workshop is free of charge, but donations are welcome.

We would also be delighted if you could register at oe_werkstatt@kjr-m.de - spontaneously dropping by is also possible, as long as there is enough space and the supply of roots and tubers lasts.
