Cultivating Taste is a curated pleasure culture platform from Berlin - founded by Max Ventker, state-certified winemaker and graduate of Hochschule Geisenheim, the world's most renowned wine university.
The approach is simple: no wine fair, no tasting marathon, no ideological natural wine framing.
Instead: Producers who work by hand and have something to say. Wines that taste good. People who want to enjoy.
Friday evening is the more intimate of the two days, an evening atmosphere, conversations that arise when the space is right. The Uferstudios in Wedding are currently being converted into a new restaurant space. Before the first official opening, there is this one evening - raw, unfinished, lively.
On the table: flagship Franciacorta, Pét Nat, curated still white wines, an orange wine and a light red. Accompanied by little things to nibble on:
