Southeast Asian hardcore escalation at Café Tikolor: on July 1, CÚT LỘN from Vietnam and THE PRIM from Erfurt & Jena are two uncompromising acts - raw, loud and straight to the nervous system.

CÚT LỘN are among the most exciting hardcore exports in Southeast Asia. Since their formation in 2018, the band has evolved from crossover thrash to a dark, chaotic sound. With the albums "Bắc Thảo" and "Dzữa" at the latest, it is clear that poetic Vietnamese lyrics collide with brute energy and unpredictable live shows that have already brought festival stages and clubs to the boil internationally.

THE PRIM provide the perfect local antithesis: power violence meets metallic hardcore - furious, fast and without compromise. Their songs tackle topics such as self-determination in sex work, toxic relationships and digital addiction and transform them into an intense live thunderstorm.
