Ayna Steigerwald works as an author, dramaturge, curator and organizer in the independent art and literature scene. In addition to poetry, her focus is on questions of solidarity spaces and events. She is part of mo|men|tos, REMISE and a member of the writers' room. In 2022 she was awarded the Hamburg Literature Prize for Poetry. Together with Jonis Hartmann, she founded i'm growing fur in 2025, a reading series for poetry and translation in Hamburg. | www.aynasteigerwald.de / @ayna_usw

mario steigerwald | somehow | sometime | somewhere born. From Montevideo, landed in Geneva on 7.2.1974. Poet, painter, photographer and visual artist. He studied photography and graphic design in Brussels. Numerous installations and exhibitions at home and abroad. Always in search of the "decisive feeling". On the streets of this city, he feels the humanity of the moment. Member of the artist collective mo|men|tos since 2014. Several publications and readings have taken place at mo|men|tos, Signatur Magazin, ausser.dem, Lyrik Kabinet, Peppertheater, Kooperationen and in Amerikahaus during the Latin American Poetry Night, among others. In 2024/25, the documentary film "MARIOS DESTINO" was made about his life as an artist.
Poetry written on a piece of paper, with the ink of memory, freeing you with or without commas, helping you to decipher the present past when he wreaks havoc in the mind.
