Just one year after DAILY THOMPSON released their album "Oumuamua", they put the next longplayer on the turntable, while the predecessor was heavy, spacey and hypnotic, "God Of Spinoza" has further nuances in the sound palette. Deeply relaxed 90s alternative rock creeps into the heavy fuzz-psychedelic blues."Pixies","Dinosaur jr" or"Sonic Youth" are crushed into 5, 6 minute tracks and chased through the Big Muff Super Fuzz. Influences from grunge, garage and indie rock flow together into a completely overdriven, extremely fudgy superfuzz bigmuff. The sound is a firework of noise, indie blues and stoner rock, always with the usual DAILY THOMPSON fuzz, wah-wah and distortion attacks, they create their 90s fuzz-desert rock. The two lead vocals in particular are not often found in the genre. The trio has spent the last few years on the road, so to speak. DAILY THOMSPN have already proven themselves at countless shows, including festivals such as the WDR Rockpalast Crossroads Festival, Reeperbahn Festival, Freak Valley Festival, Stoned From The Underground, Desertfest Belgium, Orange Blossom Special Festival or Krach Am Bach! Stages have been shared with bands such as "Liam Gallagher", "Portugal The Man", "Maximo Park", "Earthless", "Mustasch", "Nebula", "Truckfighters" and many more.
Although the band is constantly on tour, they release singles and albums non-stop. In 2014, the self-titled debut album was released, in 2015 the split 7 " Spit Out The Crap" with the US band "Mos Generator" was released and in 2016 the band released their second album "Boring Nation". They celebrated the release of the split 7 " "River Haze" at the Reeperbahnfestival in 2017. The album " Thirsty" was released in 2018. The split ep with artist Elli De Mon, the Italian answer to "Seasick Steve", was also released in January. In 2020, the band signed with the Berlin label "Noisolution" and released their fourth album "Oumumua" on August 21, 2020. Not even a year after their last release, the band released their new and first live album "Live at Freak Valley 2022" on 02.12.2022! (Source: Band)

On November 11, 2011 THE GREAT MACHINE played their first show in their own club in Tel Aviv (Reality Rehab Center). A few weeks earlier, brothers Omer and Aviran Haviv (guitar and bass) had met Michael Izaky in a studio and the chemistry was instant. Over the next two years, the band performed non-stop on stages in the Tel Aviv area, leaving a consistently enthusiastic audience in their wake. They recorded their first EP in 2013, their debut album in 2014 and the double LP "LOVE" in 2015, which was released on vinyl by Rock Freaks Records in Germany. The band has the uncanny ability to belong to several music scenes because they cannot be assigned to any particular one. "Rock&Roll" sees them as "metalheads", and the metal scene calls them "hippies". These conservative perceptions did not stop them from shaking up the local indie scene in Israel and creating their own alternative, which offered a stage for many other musicians and artists, and so they founded the underground label "Reality Rehab Records". In the fall of 2016, they went on a UK and European tour as the support band for "All Them Witches", which paved the way for many more shows throughout Europe and the UK. In spring 2017, they returned for another successful European tour, which earned them a contract with the legendary booking label "Sound of Liberation". The 2017 tour ended in Leipzig, where they recorded their third album "Respect" , followed by their fourth album "Greatestits" the following winter. Both were released in 2018. 2018 was a very intense and rewarding year for the group, which included an opening show for Ozzy Osbourne in Israel as well as numerous Euro shows alongside artists such as - "Om", "Fu Manchu", "1000mods", "Kadavar", "Acid King" & Patty Smith. Their unforgettable performance at Desertfest London' earned them a contract with "Orange Amps". With the onset of Covid19, the group quickly understood the direction of things and founded an underground music club called Ashram in Tel Aviv, where they were able to perform with many other bands and record their fifth album "Funrider", which was released in April 2023 by the Berlin label "Noisolution". With the release of their new album and after a three-year break, THE GREAT MACHINE is recharging its batteries for the upcoming touring season and is ready to storm the stages and win everyone's hearts by doing what it does best!
