Das Abendmahl - Gaumendisco

We would like to share bread and wine together on this evening. Toni and Mina from Aroma Collective, Fredy from Restaurant Martha, Ilka from Genascht and Onur will set an extraordinary table for you on this evening and serve you four luscious vegetarian courses with the best late-autumn ingredients. Whether winter truffles from the Truffle King, colorful beets, cabbage, celery, mushrooms, savory, sweet, sour or umami, you can expect a special menu with an extra portion of taste!

As a highlight of the evening meal, we have invited four natural winemaker friends from Austria, Italy and the Czech Republic to share bread and wine with us. They will accompany the evening in the QVARTR Gallery in Altona with their wines and enrich us with their stories from their vineyards and cellars. Four chefs, four winemakers, four courses and a great dinner awaits you on December 1st in Altona!
