The Creamcheese bar in Düsseldorf was famous in the 1960s: Founded, run and equipped by artists, the underground club became legendary and a hotspot of the music scene. The Kunstpalast has brought it back to life. As part of this year's MTV Week theme "Clubbing", embark on a journey through the Düsseldorf club scene and get to know the artists who shaped it - Günther Ücker, Gerhard Richter, Heinz Mack and many more. Afterwards you can round off the evening in the bar in the Creamcheese room, Kunstpalast!

The Kunstpalast is one of the most important art museums in Düsseldorf and is home to an impressive collection of paintings, sculptures and modern works of art. Top-class exhibitions featuring international artists are held here on a regular basis. In addition to art, the Kunstpalast also offers concerts and cultural events in the adjoining Robert Schumann Hall.
