Düsseldorf-based Eve Jazmati uses fermentation to explore the connection between food, cultures and people. Drawing on her diverse experiences, Eve is now dedicated to exploring different types of fermentation and the unique flavor experiences they enable. As a certified fermentista, she shares her enthusiasm for fermentation with the gastronomy scene in Düsseldorf.
On her Instagram channel "Evesfermentationlab", she gives her followers a loving insight into her everyday passion for fermentation and inspires them with exciting insights and recipes.
