DeepDibe is a club night dedicated to Turkish dance music—founded by DJ Ipek and R-Zou. The party is all about Turkish dance music, but sees itself as a free-form space without genre boundaries, bringing not only house and techno but also Turkish pop from the ’90s and 2000s—and more—to the dance floor. Ipek Ipekcioglu, aka DJ Ipek, has been active in the Berlin scene for many, many years and is part of the legendary Gayhane series at SO36—today, Ipek & R-Zou have invited Lesch, aka dide, as a guest; among other things, she is the singer for Gazino Neukölln.
