Feminist, in solidarity, trade unionist, we will take to the streets on March 8:

• We are fighting anti-feminism and right-wing extremism.
• We are fighting for sexual and physical self-determination.
• We are fighting to improve our working conditions and to strengthen collective bargaining and co-determination.
• We are fighting for a fair distribution of care work.
• We fight against steps backwards in equality policy
• and the defamation of gender policy.

We demand

• Finally get serious: Equal pay for equal work!
• Good wages through collective bargaining - everywhere! Solidarity with our striking colleagues!
• Better working conditions and pay in the health, education and social sectors!
• Equal rights and self-determined lifestyles for all!
• Away with the paternalism of § 218!
• Protection against sexual harassment in the workplace and sexual violence!
