Der beste Poetry Slam der Welt - Open Air am Strand

In the organizer's words:

Just imagine: A summer evening at Lake Oranke. You and your friends have your toes in the sand and a summer drink in your hand. A DJ is playing electronic music with a dash of cumbia. As the sun sinks behind the lake, trumpets sound. A Mexican mariachi band plays on a floating stage. And then it starts: the best poetry slammers in the country compete for your favor with their texts. Plus, of course, a few lido fries and a snow king. That would be the best poetry slam in the world!

Six of last year's champions face off in the very last duel for the golden swan. There are so many poetry slams and so many slam winners. But there can only be one. This is the final of the final. An event as modest as Berlin and as exuberant as one can be on a summer evening. It will be a lyrical sundowner, sex on the beach for language lovers and quite possibly the best poetry slam in the world.
