In Concert Live to Film
The Oscar-winning film score by composer Howard Shore, performed live to the complete original version of the first part of the “The Lord of the Rings” trilogy, featuring an orchestra, choirs, and soloists, along with a large-screen projection and over 200 performers.
In 2001, “The Lord of the Rings” finally hit theaters in a breathtaking film adaptation, hailed as the largest and most elaborate film production of all time. Film score composer Howard Shore created a fully orchestrated, Oscar- and Grammy-winning musical work to accompany the film, featuring emotional, intricately interwoven themes and assigning distinct motifs to each culture in Middle-earth. Reason enough to experience this wonderful music live alongside the film!
