DFD Festival 2026: EchterHand

On July 25, 2026, EchterHand will host an interactive art station as part of Düsseldorf Fashion Days. EchterHand is an artist agency specializing in commissioned paintings and live art entertainment. 

Here’s what you can expect at our art station:

1. Live Illustration: Get a unique mini-portrait from our artist on site. The portrait will focus on your face and body shape. You can then take this portrait with you to the workshop table. 

2. The Workshop Table:Your portrait is just the beginning! At our interactive workshop table, you can design your own outfit for your portrait. Use various materials, fabrics, and colors to enhance your mini-portrait with a personalized high-fashion outfit. 

3. The Gallery Wall: Art and fashion go hand in hand, which is why several selected artists, in collaboration with EchterHand, have provided artwork that fits the theme. All exhibited paintings will be available for purchase throughout the day in a continuous online auction. You can access the online auction via the QR code next to the paintings.
