Fashion Interaction

...is the name of FEMNET's network for students and others interested in fashion and human rights.
We are transforming the clothing industry, pooling our expertise and offering an opportunity for regular exchange. Because together we can achieve more: With more networking, more knowledge, more action, more solutions, more activism, we emphatically ensure more social justice and more protection of natural resources.

We will be represented at the Düsseldorf Fashion Days with a campaign stand to inform visitors about ways to get involved in sustainable fashion. At our print workshop, they can get directly involved themselves. Let's initiate structural changes in the garment industry!

FEMNET is a women's rights organization based in Bonn. The non-profit organization is committed to improving working conditions in the garment industry in the Global South through campaigns, educational work and advisory services. To this end, the organization calls for binding rules for companies and actively participates in political dialogues and alliances. Locally, FEMNET works with partner organizations and trade unions against violence against women in the workplace, for gender-appropriate health protection and the establishment of effective complaints mechanisms.
