We begin to die as soon as we are born. But it is only when we consciously accept our own mortality that we truly begin to live. To enjoy every moment, to appreciate the moment 🖤

That's why we celebrate death! We commemorate our deceased with prayers, festivities, music, food and colors.
At the Wood Market, we prepare to greet our beloved dead and dance endlessly with them.

On 01.11 and 02.11 we celebrate Día de los Muertos with an altar, music and Mexican spirits.

The spirits of the deceased return to spend some time among the living, and so families and friends gather to greet the souls of their loved ones.

The altar (ofrenda) is decorated with mementos, flowers, candles, sweets, liquor, food and cigarettes - all gifts for our beloved departed.

You are all welcome to bring your gifts and photos to celebrate death with us.
