play "Macbeth", a tragedy by W. Shakespeare
Challenged by fate, the hero Macbeth is faced with a difficult decision, the consequences of which he must live (or die) with. In a maelstrom of power, greed and pride, fate plays with the people in this tragedy.
This semester, Heidelberg's first theater group, Die ARTbacken, is once again bringing a play to the Kulturfenster stage. With Shakespeare's MacBeth, they are venturing into an absolute classic of theater that you can watch for a fee or two, because as always with the ARTbacke: Pay What You Want!
