BasarKus is a strange creature! It has two heads, four arms and four legs. BasarKus is powerful and sensitive at the same time. BasarKus feels comfortable just the way it is. But one day it realizes that it also has two hearts. This changes everything. What if BasarKus is really two? BasarKus bravely dares to separate.

"The Fabulous Story of BasarKus" is a philosophical adventure in which two artists combine juggling, acrobatics and contact dance to explore the boundary between the self and the other.

About the artists:
La Compagnie L amento was founded in 2015 by choreographer Sylvère Lamotte. Together with acrobat Basil Le Roux and juggler Markus Vikse, he experiments with the themes of encounter and self-confidence. The Académie Fratellini is a globally unique center for contemporary circus arts.
