The year is 1981 and an agricultural exhibition is to be held at agra again this year. But before it can open its doors, it has to pass an inspection by the state apparatus. The public becomes the commission for this inspection and is presented with what will be or - from today's perspective - what has been. A scenic tour of the history and stories of agra.
