Alternative songwriting between rock, pop and chanson

Kühnemann has been part of Munich's cultural scene for many years - as a musical cabaret artist, chanson singer, filmmaker and presenter. On stage, she meets us as a passionate singer-songwriter who lives out her songs to the full with a powerful voice and fine acting. She leads us through the program with humour and warmth, accompanying herself on the acoustic guitar.

Her songs are the result of curious looks at people and the world - and honest questions to herself: What would it be like to be James Dean? What power is there in fear? Where do we find the perfect day? Even uncomfortable truths are packaged so charmingly that they come across as light-footed.

Musically, her spectrum ranges from tender and melancholy to rocking and energetic, always with a touch of irony. A concert with the Kühnemann is a moving, varied pleasure.
