Summer, sun, sunshine: Did you know that in less than an hour, the sun sends enough energy to Earth to meet the energy needs of the entire human population for a year?
Together, we’ll explore the sun’s energy at theTollwood Summer Festival.
About the “Sun—Full of Energy” project
We’ll experiment and try things out
We’ll experiment together and build a small solar cooker. At the end, you can try some delicious chocolate-covered fruit.
Free admission. We look forward to seeing all our tinkerers, young and old!
