The she-wolves

A play about the passing on of trauma between generations

In this haunting play, we meet two sisters who find themselves in their dying mother's house after years of living apart. Over the course of the evening, family secrets that have been passed down through the generations become visible. "Wölfinnen" addresses the invisible transmission of traumatic experiences and shows how much the past - war, concealment, returnee biographies - continues to have an impact today.

An intense play about what we do not say, but nevertheless pass on.
