After its acclaimed premiere, the imaginative production by the Sarré Music Academy returns to the stage as a revival premiere!

Under the artistic direction of Verena Sarré, over 80 children and young people bring Mozart's masterpiece to the stage in a colorful, imaginative and family-friendly new production - including the demanding leading roles, which are also played by young talents.

With a professionalism, passion and stage presence that is second to none, this extraordinary project offers an experience that cannot be found anywhere else in this form.

The young Tamino, a passionate video gamer, takes you on a journey through a magical land of enchantment in his new fantasy game.

A cunning bird catcher, a headstrong flute and a dazzling princess play the main roles - and Peter Pan and Snow White suddenly appear too.

A special highlight is the design concept by set designer Carla Schwering in cooperation with a young video collective - a fascinating combination of fantasy and modernity.

The lively and captivating choreography by Maida Korinteli and Arabella Wäscher gives the performance additional pace and momentum.

The production by opera director Julia Riegel brings Mozart's fairytale opera into the world of gamers with plenty of humor and emotion.

The young performers are accompanied by musicians from the Bavarian State Theatres under the direction of Liviu Petcu and Oleg Ptashnikov.
