Dilla • Also bin ich (auf) Tour 2024

Dilla herself describes her sound as "cheap, and also just not that good".... The twenty-something proves otherwise time and again with fast beats, punky pop numbers, and the odd ballad. Devoted as well as humble, Dilla has developed a unique writing style and created a diversity in her discography that makes it hard to pigeonhole her into one genre. She fuses pop, indie, punk and funk, occasionally experimenting with techno elements and putting a new face on German "new wave."

Since 2018, Dilla has been releasing songs under her civil name Amadea, initially in English, until she follows the advice of her lecturer to move to Berlin in order to turn the dream of being able to live from her music into reality. In the summer of 2021, the artist released her first songs in German: a collabo EP called "vier Tage in Berlin "with TimmyT marked the birth of the Dilla project.

A few months later, "Photosynthese ft. Emi x" is released, her first hit that has been heard millions of times. Since then, Dilla has been the talk of the town across genres, performing at rap festivals on Fridays, indie pop festivals on Saturdays and techno festivals on Sundays. In the fall of 2022 she accompanied Kraftklub on tour, in the spring of 2023 she played her first own and sold-out tour and has now released her new album "So bin ich", with which she will go on tour in the spring of 2024.
