Two synthesizers, one microphone. Pounding disco beats under rattling bass sequences. A sound with roots in Italo Disco classics, New Wave and Punk. A pinch of 80's, combined with electroclash of the noughties - the new summer sound from the beach to the club is set. The trio Dina Summer breaks with the sluggish conventions and catapults us directly into a new decade of dark disco. Edgy beats meet striking melodies and go perfectly in harmony with poppy hooks carried by Dina's unique voice. Dina Summer is the new project of Frittenbude mastermind Jakob aka Kalipo and DJ pair Local Suicide, consisting of Max Brudi and Dina, one of the first female DJ's in Greece. With their previous projects, the three have already gathered quite a few hours of live experience all over the world, from which Dina Summer now benefits. With their beguiling stage presence, Dina Summer manage to captivate us as a live act in the clubs and on the stages of festivals alike. After the successful and very positively reviewed release of their debut album "Rimini", whose vinyl press is now out of print, and an ecstatic show at the Reeperbahn Festival, they are now ready for a full live year in 2023.
