Bahnhof Motte: fed up with the hamster wheel? So are Bahnhof Motte. With their new album "Zeit Fressen", the Dresden-based art-punk quartet delivers the soundtrack to society's performance fatigue. Angry, honest, rousing. What began in the basement of a dry cleaners has developed into one of the most exciting live acts on the German underground scene. Bahnhof Motte transform frustration into energy and powerlessness into sound.
Four musicians, countless influences, one goal: to throw the audience through every emotional state. The new record "Zeit Fressen" is more than just an album: it is a psychogram of our times. From the claustrophobia of the opener "Zentimeter" to the explosive finale "Wann mich", Bahnhof Motte don't mince their words. Sometimes wild and angry, then hypnotic and dreamy - always authentic, never predictable. Bahnhof Motte are also a live experience. Four musicians who embark on a journey with their audience - through anger, tenderness, excessive demands and hope. Concerts that get under your skin and stay in your head for a long time.
They play:
Georg Fleischfresser - vocals, synth, sax
Tim Gerwien - drums, synth
Christoph "Magic" Margraf - guitar
Leonhard Endruweit - bass

The Günther: Günther's mother describes her son as follows: "Party! Party! Depressed! Depri! That, or something similar, is how Günther sounds. For some, Günther needs therapy, for others he is therapy. Like a shabby clown, he not only leads others around by the nose, but also himself. He doesn't write songs, he invents them on stage. Günther is a punk, a clown and a mummy at the same time, because he has a loving but angry heart." Günther is the alter ego of the four band members Alex, Richard, Till and Albrecht. His concerts are completely improvised and performative. He uses notes, slogans, prose or even entire stories as text modules.
Günther wants to tear down walls in people's heads, break the chains of inhuman conventions and break taboos. He is an unpleasant contemporary who sticks his finger deep into the festering wounds of society and mourns the self-inflicted downfall of humanity.
Musically, he moves in several genres in his improvisations. Sometimes he sounds rhythmically intricate, spherical, punk, like a free jazz band, or he transforms himself into a techno DJ who takes off the audience's shoes. Everything happens anew at every concert and, at best, he surprises himself. The focus is on the text, which is supported musically, performatively and above all vocally.
The wall between the stage and the audience is open, so that the spectacle can take place directly in the auditorium and together with the audience.
Performing:
Alex - vocals
Till - bass & effects
Albrecht - drums, effects, vocals & electronics
