Dreamers Dance Club

The Dreamers Dance Club is a moving start to the day, a kind of morning disco, and can be seen as a dance warm-up without instruction.

You are given the opportunity to get moving at your own pace, according to your needs, in a room without artificial light. There is no specific technique that we practise. Rather, it is half an hour of dynamic dance improvisation to electronic and techno music, in which you can let yourself be carried by the beat and intuitively follow your movement impulses. It's about dancing for the sake of dancing; enjoying the dancing. It is an individual experience in a shared communal space full of mindfulness towards yourself and others. It's very simple and very special at the same time.

The Dreamers Dance Club is open to everyone over the age of 16, we dance barefoot or in socks. Please note that this is a dynamic and independent dance format.

Tanja and Bettina are Dreamers Dance Club fans and are taking over the format as substitutes while the founder Lina Kukulis is taking a break.

Bettina is a midwife and advises people on family therapy issues, Tanja is a biologist and works in the field of natural greenery, permaculture and education for sustainable development. Both have already led various group events and love to start the day dancing together with you.
