Niesterok (*1996) is one of the outstanding voices of the young German jazz scene and inspires with his passion for swing and mainstream jazz. With a warm tone, nuanced phrasing and virtuoso technique, he transports his audience into the sound world of classics and modern jazz colors. In addition to international appearances in Japan, India and South Korea and acclaimed albums such as Stepping Forward, he also presents his extraordinary musicality here in Germany.

The fantastically swinging Düsseldorf Jazz Trio consists of Walfried Böcker (b), Martin Sasse (p) and Christian Schröder (dr). It is a mainstay of Maxhaus Jazz and performs four times a year with changing featuring guests. The trio always knows how to put their guest soloists in the limelight with their creative playing.
