EARLY MUSIC MEETS YOGA FLOW
A special kind of yoga class: together with yoga teacher Christine Bachmann, we learn a flow that is accompanied by atmospheric live music from the Vinari trio. In the extended final relaxation, there is plenty of space to calm down and lose yourself in the music of 500 years ago. Please bring comfortable clothes and your own yoga mat.
If you don't have your own mat, please send a short email to: flowfestivalhh@gmail.com
Yoga for beginners & advanced practitioners. Concert performance in the entire room. Instrumental and vocal music from the Middle Ages and Renaissance. Dynamic, vocal and meditative! TRAILER: https://youtu.be/VP0bR3s3KeQ?si=E8IMJ6RNP80zFZ2p
