In the short film "Echter Mann" (D 2024, 8:32 min, director: Vinsley), a young man struggles with his depression - but the pressure of having to be strong and invulnerable threatens to break him for good. A film about images of masculinity, inner turmoil and the quiet strength to accept help. "Ebony Peaks" (D 2024, 18 min, Director: Tsellot Melesse) is a short documentary that follows the journey of filmmaker Tsellot Melesse and three Black women as they embark on their first mountaineering adventure and climb the Bishorn (4,151 m). The film explores the profound question: "Who owns these mountains?" The film screenings are followed by a discussion with the filmmakers and other guests on questions of mental health and well-being.
