Dear dance community,
On Sunday, December 21, our last Ecstatic Dance of the year will take place in Frankfurt - this time we will be back in Rödelheim at the FTG. We're really looking forward to filling the FTG sports garden with music and movement - on this special day on the winter solstice. ✨
Special guests
missShantiPanthi takes you on a musical journey in her ecstatic dance sets - deep, pulsating and full of vitality. Her music is more than just sound: it is an experience that sets body and soul in motion, awakens emotions and opens up a space in which you can let go of your head and fully immerse yourself in feeling.
With a keen sense of energy, dynamics and flow, she curates sets that gently pick you up, carry you powerfully and leave you with an intensity that resonates. Flowing transitions, ecstatic peaks and a deep, grounded connection make her music an invitation to surrender to the moment. Sometimes playful, sometimes raw, sometimes deeply touching - but always with heart, depth and an unmistakable signature. 🔥✨

And we have another great musician as a guest who will round off the program:
"Music has always been more than just sound - it has the power to relax and inspire... Through gentle melodies and harmonious arrangements, it creates moments of calm in a hectic world."
Omaris combines catchy, interesting sounds with a deep, soothing atmosphere and invites you to let go and enjoy the moment. In addition to being a musician, Omaris is a music producer and guitar teacher and lives with his family in the district of Rosenheim.
Admission: 17:30
Doors Close: 18:00
End approx. 21:00
Please be punctual: Doors close at 18:00 means that we will not let anyone in after 18:00 so that we can start our opening circle undisturbed.
As always, we start together in a circle and open up the space that we will fill with our movement and the expression of our being. A few universal agreements apply to Ecstatic Dance:
We dance sober and without the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants
We refrain from speaking during the music
We are mindful of each other and respect the boundaries of the other dancers
We dance barefoot or with socks
After the opening circle, there is a warm-up that helps us to arrive at ourselves and the space. We then move on to the approx. 2-hour music and dance journey. At the end, the Sound Journey by Omaris follows so that we can land gently again.
As always, we will provide snacks and tea for you. Feel free to bring your water bottle and optionally a cup.
And most importantly: warm clothes, thick socks and everything you need for a cool hall in winter.
We look forward to seeing you <3
Ticket returns are excluded. In justified exceptional cases, the ticket may remain valid for a subsequent event.
