Do you remember what it feels like to just be you?
Not the one that works. Not the one that delivers. Not the one who is always strong.
Just you. Alive. Light. Genuine.

This cacao ceremony is an invitation - to do just that.
We sit together in a circle, outside in the summer light, shortly after the solstice and two days before the full moon. The brightest time of the year. And we pause for a moment.
The first six months are behind us. We take an honest look - what was there? What carried us? What has pulled? And then we invite in what has perhaps been waiting for us for a while:
Joy. The radiance. The life that feels like us.

The afternoon belongs to us:

We drink ceremonial cocoa together - heart-opening, warm, connecting.
We pause and look at what is really there right now - without sugarcoating it.
We reflect on the first half of the year, very honestly and very gently.
We meditate to go deeper.
We dance - first shake out everything that no longer belongs, then flow, completely with ourselves.
We draw oracle cards as an impulse for the second half of the year.

No optimizing. No performing. No functioning. Just you - as alive as you really are.
